How much does the service cost?
After you submit the intake form, a Service Specialist will contact you via phone call or email to gather more information regarding your item. After all information is obtained, an initial quote will be generated according to the services agreed upon.

How will I be billed?
You will receive via email a detailed invoice and proceed with payment using a Credit card/Debit card or PayPal.

What is the pick-up/delivery process for my items?

After the invoice is paid in full, you will receive instructions via email or text to coordinate the date and time of pick up. The average time to complete cleaning, coloring and/or restoration of an item is two weeks. As soon as your Item is completed, we will inform you regarding delivery.

Is there a Delivery Charge per order?

Yes, we charge $7.99 for Pick up and $7.99 for Delivery. However, for orders of $250 and up, Pick up/Delivery fees are waived.
Additional charges may apply for The Woodlands, Katy, and Sugar Land.

Do I have to be present at the time of Pick up or Delivery?

If you choose for your item to be picked up, yes. We offer person-to-person pick-up and delivery. We can meet you at home, at your office, or apartment complex. You can also leave your items with the leasing office/concierge. Just let us know via detailed instructions so our driver knows where to pick up and deliver.

We can also send you postage to cover sending your item to our workshop at no additional charge if you cannot meet our driver.

When is payment be completed?

An initial quote for services will be rendered upon phyiscal, first hand inspection of the item. Full payment for services will be required before services can begin. The projected timeline for work will not begin until we have recieved appropriate authorization to do so by the customer and paid for in full.
