When is payment completed?

An initial quote for services will be rendered upon phyiscal, first hand inspection of the item. Full payment for services will be required before services can begin. The projected timeline for work will not begin until we have recieved appropriate authorization to do so by the customer and paid for in full.

How to Calculate Your Item’s Completion Date

Thank you for choosing our restoration services. To ensure transparency and keep you informed, we’ve created this simple guide to help you calculate when your item will be ready based on your payment date.


Step-by-Step Calculation

  1. Find Your Payment Date
    This is the date we received your full payment. This is Day 0.
  2. Add the Estimated Business Days
    Refer to your restoration plan for the number of business days your project will take (e.g., 7 business days, 14 business days, etc.).
  3. Exclude Weekends & Holidays
    Only Monday through Friday count as business days.
    Do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays (you can ask us for a list of observed holidays).

Example

  • Payment Date: Monday, October 7
  • Restoration Time: 7 business days
  • Excluding Weekends:
    • Day 1: Oct 8 (Tue)
    • Day 2: Oct 9 (Wed)
    • Day 3: Oct 10 (Thu)
    • Day 4: Oct 11 (Fri)
    • Skip weekend (Oct 12–13)
    • Day 5: Oct 14 (Mon)
    • Day 6: Oct 15 (Tue)
    • Day 7: Oct 16 (Wed)

Estimated Completion Date: Wednesday, October 16
